General Assembly consists of Members and Special Members. It resolves the following issues besides the items stipulated in the Membership Agreement.
(1) Revision of the Membership Agreement
(2) Business plan and budget plan
(3) Business report and financial statements
(4) Other items deemed important for the operation of the Forum

Steering Committee consists of Steering Committee members, who are commissioned by the Chairman after being selected from the Members or Special Members of the Forum and approved by General Assembly. Steering Committee is held as necessary to resolve the items below;
(1) Items to be submitted to General Assembly
(2) Items commissioned by General Assembly
(3) Items that the Chairman requires a resolution by Steering Committee
(4) Items related to the detailed rules to execute the Forum's activities

Forum Coordination Group consists of the Chairman of this Group, Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of each Committee and each Sub-Committee. It makes coordination among committees for carrying out those missions, and settles the detailed rules to resolve some issues and execute the Forum's activities between Steering Committees.
